    Melbourne Victory v Adelaide United

These two foes square off tonight in Melbourne. Melbourne have an great 9 match unbeaten streak in Melbourne vs the Reds. Both teams offer some great value:

    MELBOURNE @ 2.40
    DRAW @ 3.20
    ADELAIDE @ 2.80

Wondering is anyone playing this game... Reds have yet to lose thus far, whilst Melbourne has been very patchy.. Reds have lost 2 players from last week, but gain the exciting machine Leckie..

I'm leaning towards the Reds, but still need some input.

    Why we don't like 'em
These two have shared a massive Rivalry over the five years of the A-League, including two Grand Finals, where Melbourne have prevailed both times. In fact, they have met six times in finals games and Melbourne have never been beaten.

Melbourne have an extraordinary nine consecutive victories over Adelaide over the past two seasons and have not been beaten by the Reds since October 2007. Adelaide United have not won in Melbourne since October 2006. Perhaps it's not a case of us not liking them, but them hating the sight of us.

After over analyzing this game I decided to go with Adelaide United... looked good when they scored in the 2nd minute, but when I look back 13 head to head wins by MV should have been pretty cut and dry. Keep up the posts and good luck

went to the game last night.. Reds dominated the 1st half, should of been up 3-1.. they missed so many free headers. .. any howz 2nd half was all Melbourne, they easily could of won 4-1... oh well, can't be to unhappy losing, it was only a small play..
