I think Burnley pulls out a win tomorrow...pretty good price on it. They opened last season strong at home in Premiership, and seem to get some support thrown behind them at the beginning of the season

Last season they had Owen Coyle as manager, one of the best up and coming managers in England at the moment. This season they have the dreadful Brian Laws as manager and no matter how good their team is, I can't see them finishing higher than mid-table this season. With Laws as manager, their defense will probably be awful and I wouldn't be surprised to see Forest come away with an away win here.

Over 2.5 looks good in the Burnley/Forest game.

Thanks for the tip man. I'll tail the over and stay away from the side here.

I like the Coventry City team this year and think that their manager Aidy Boothroyd is one of the best in the division. If they can keep their best players fit, they could be one of the teams challenging for a playoff spot.

However, Portsmouth have still retained enough players to make the draw a real possibility in this match. Coventry is also missing a couple of key midfielders for this match, they still have Clingan and Carsley to play in the middle but Carsley is getting a bit old now and neither of them are as good as Gunnarsson.

Coventry's problem this season might be squad depth, they have a quality starting 11 and a very good manager but if they get a lot of injuries and suspensions, they might struggle in a few games.

I'd recommend taking Coventry on the pk line at -136, as insurance against the draw because Portsmouth can still field a very good Championship starting 11, at the moment. Steve Cotterill, the Portsmouth manager, is also one of the best managers in the division, he's a really intelligent guy and he'll make sure that Portsmouth are well organised and hard to break down. Cotterill is very good tactically.
