I am using Bookmaker and I see PK 1.74. I thought PK means the spread is ZERO. Then shouldn't winning ratio of money spread be same as winning ratio of PK?

For example, Mexico PK 1.74 2.55

PK - push if game ends in draw.
Betting money line in soccer means if game ends in a draw you lose.
