    Let’s try these out

    Up super early as It’s time to remove my Salmon from the curing liquid and transfer to a cooling rack over a cookie sheet to refrigerate for another 10 hours..

    I can give two penetrates Baldy. I’m on the 4th tee box and it’s another beautiful day in Southern California..
    I got wings on a 24 hour brine and sockeye salmon in the Fridge developing a Pellicle so they can all be smoked when I get home
