    Double Chance vs Asian Handicap +0.5 Market

    Is there any difference between betting a team in a Double Chance (or Draw) market vs betting the same team on an Asian Handicap +0.5 Market? I've noticed some books price these differently.

    On Bet365 for example:

    Brazil vs Ecuador (COPA America)

    Double Chance -- Brazil or Draw @ 1.083
    Asian Handicap -- Brazil +0.5 @ 1.125

    I don't bet a lot of soccer, so my apologies if this is an obvious question.
