Make a mixed team of 24 players half men and half women and then share the revenue. Isn't this how it works in real life when women earn equal pay? Female lawyers make the same as men at the same law office for equal work.

If you want to make equal pay you need to allow men on the team. This is how equal pay laws work. Go on a tour and whatever revenue the mixed team earns they split it equally.

Why would men agree to play in mixed teams? Women can't compete at men's level so if the female leagues were abolished there would be no women playing soccer. Maybe Rapinoe could play in some 5th league somewhere.
