When I have 4 games running with 25 minutes left and need one goal in each, I lose all 4. But when I have one game running and my team leads by 2 goals, I lose that one. I don't care if the odds say 1.05, I know there's still a 15-20% chance my bet will lose, and it does. I'd say 20% of my winning bets burn in the last 5 minutes but only 2% of losing bets win in the last 5 minutes.

I'm actually in the top 5 of a certain big betting website, and I posted Rayo Vallecano @10 which was 1.03 in play and lost. It doesn't matter that I cashed it out, on the record it's a loss. When I take the draw, a big dog scores in 89' to kill the bet, when I bet on a fav they win HT and concede in 90' to 1-1. When I take over 3.5 there's 3 goals in 25 minutes and then nothing, because god forbid I'd win with a late goal.
