I think I found the holy grail
There's this godawful "premium" scam service running at an incredible -41% roi after 139 picks that I tracked. I started fading it since June and it's 9/9 so far at 107% roi. This month I'll see if it's indeed the holy grail.

Finn Harps DNB @1.96

I don’t know how that service fades cork city, their form is excellent right now.
They fade for "value" but the biggest win they had in 140 bets was priced at 5.5. Their "hot run" means breaking even. There's no way one could ever lose money fading this service.
Tromsdalen DNB @2.17 (I'll personally skip this one because there's big money coming on Jerv and their last H2H went 1-4)

Wow, Carlstad was losing 0-3 until 74' and they managed to draw in 95'. Upsala was down 0-2 until 76' and they managed to equalize as well. Really solid picks for a change, but still lost (they always take ML). Usually when they post such long shots they lose 4:0 although there was a draw at 17(Huddersfield vs Man City) and 7.5 in May just like the two huge priced draws today. I'll consider backing the draw the next time they post a huge dog.
At least Tromsdalen won. This service is really terrible in those games with no strong favorite.

Damn I hope they won't stop now. Last time they updated their tips page was 3 days ago and I didn't even get a daily email today. Does a scam service really care that I was leeching off tips for free? Their purpose is to spam me and sell my email anyway.
I managed to get today's picks on another email, so the service is not dead yet, it just seems to be removing non-paying customers.

Don't you have to pay for 'premium picks'?
I paid for it 16 months ago and asked for a refund after two weeks. Scam services usually stop posting picks after a couple of months but these guys are somehow still around despite not improving one bit. I don't have to pay because their membership page is public. I bookmarked it at that time just for the reason I might fade them one day. If I had kept tracking them and started fading 13 months ago I might've been rich by now.
Man it's always the favs that fuk up. Should've taken Tromso ML. The service is on fire, they only had one other 5.5 winner in the past 3 months.

Yeah, they're really hot, you can tell by that breakeven stretch at the end. Year 2018 starts at -180 units. Thread started after that last long losing streak.

They have an interestick pick today, I'm not going to count it but I'm not fading Ilves @5 because they won 13 H2Hs and tied once, those are really anomalous H2H results. That might actually be a good pick.
HJK - Mariehamn Draw @6.5, I see no value in ML, could be a 1:1 game. Earlier posted Carlstad and Upsala had the same odds and they both almost lost their games.
Another pick I'll avoid is IR Reykjavik @2.85, I just can't trust a team which scores half a goal per game at home. I'll start tracking these disqualified picks in my spreadsheet, they're 1W 1L so far, the first was Tromsdalen and yesterday I skipped Varnamo.
Now the second official pick is Fram @2.25, they scored 21 goals in their last 6 home games, I will much rather bet on a team like that.

High confidence Fram won easily, IR Reykjavik lost as I expected. Also Ilves had 2 red cards in 27 minutes, that's why they lost.
Emily, they are not good, look at the graph above. If you think it will continue going down, follow my picks. I'm not sure if you can find any good free picks out there. I tried a bunch of sites and they usually run at -5% roi or break even.

If these two lose I'm never backing a soccer dog again. Who cares about better odds when they never win? Yesterday a lot of "experts" were advising the draw between Russia and Saudi Arabia and how did that turn out? 5-0. The next time I don't like a favorite I'll simply skip the game instead of trying to bet on the useless dogs or the draw.
The one time I take the dog ML instead of the draw it's a draw. I'm done with "value" picks, I prefer 60% win rate.
