    It's ok to cash the UNDERs but let there be at least one goal for either fans to cheer.

    In Argentina, most games are in Buenos Aires, which means the fans (and even the players) cheer if they can get to the stadium and back home without getting mugged. Sadly, that is only a slight exaggeration.
