    Lets say I bet Manchester united PK over liverpool, and the game is a tie. Do I get my money back then?

    It really depends on the book.

    Read there rules

    Most books will give money back. Just make sure yours does.

    Yes you do. people put PK but it really means DNB (Draw No Bet)

    In some books you can see the 0 AH(Asian Handicap) which is the same as PK and DNB.
