Handball semifinals pick:

Qatar - Poland , 2.28, 2.5u

This line is a joke for me. Both teams in semifinals are really big surprises, but Poland is much better in my opinion. Ok, Im from Poland, and for sure Im not that objective but..

Qatar bought all players before championship, there is like one player from Qatar in the team, the rest is from other countries. Their coach is bought too. Few players are really great, some of them won World's Championship or Champions League in the past, but they are still bought. This is just terrible, that they are in semifinals with such team, no idea where is spirit of the sport here. Qatar is playing at home, and I guess referees will be on their side, but Poland has some great players and is playing one of the best defences in this championship. We were 2nd in championship in 2007 and 3rd in 2009, 4th Euro 2010 and 6th Euro 2014.

Here, in 1/8 we crushed Sweden 24-20, and line for Poland was around 3.10
in QF we won with Croatia 24-22, they were one of the biggest favs to win gold, and line for Poland was around 4.85

against Croatia we made them score only 22 goals, which is pretty amazing, because before that game, they had 184 goals in 6 games, 30,6 average per game.

This will be a close game full of drama Im sure, cause all Poland games are like that. But we are just great in last 20 minutes of the game, winning all games there (vs Russia we were down 21-24 with 8 minutes left, and won 26:25, vs Croatia we were down 13-17 with 20 minutes left, and won 24-22, vs Argentina we were down 2 goals whole game, just to win that in last 2 minutes 24-23)

but Poland is much better team overall, so I have to go like that.
