don`t like odds on Serbia at all, they have a new manager, who`s carer is just 4 friendly games and just couple of month as manager, and they only managed 1 clean sheet in last 5 . you have to have "know how" have to set your team to get all 3 points in opening game of such of importance, against , just about same team, who lost on penalties to well playing Netherlands in 1/4 finals just 4 years ago and went unbeaten all other games.
Costa Rica next game is against Brazil... if they lose today, they may as well just pack their belongings. so 100 % survival input for 90 minutes...
just look back at 1st round... france, argentina , urugay, even croatia with own goal and penalty, nothing from play... all struggled against well drilled, 10 man behind a ball teams. why even this an average serbia team is -money favs and shortens ?

Mexico scored only one goal in last 4, they just doesn`t seems to me anymore that previous mexico, 4-8 years back team , who will bite, surprise or even upset anyone. they haven`t played worlds top 10 team in a long time, decent teams they met in 2018 was croatia and denmark and both loose to nil. 1-0 ht 2/3 -0 ft all i can think of

spain 700 passes completed, adding 200 from iran = that`s : pass every fkn 6 seconds for 90 minutes - you still have to include in those 6 seconds: ball travelling from player to player, player handling ball and keeping a ball till he chooses next player...
beside couple of corners, few free kicks and throw`ins, what filled 3-5 minutes of 90 .... there was nothing else... 85 minutes of men rolling a ball to each other... back and forth, back and forth, back and forth , bac....
