what will filling out the form accomplish though? I clicked the form link and it took me to a sbr complaint form so im not sure how filling that out will change anything but let me know bc i haven't filled out a form before.

A representative of this site should inquire into the complaint and contact the sportsbook to look for an acceptable resolution.

A mod in LT has already made his opinion know, that the bet should be graded as a winner.

So the only acceptable resolution in SBR's mind should be grading the bet a winner, or else they admit LT was wrong.

The fact they refunded is a bit telling. They knew they lost the bet. And instead of having to pay out, they just refunded the bets and guys are happier than a fly on shit

I'd be happy too that I got a refund as I've been stiffed before and it's no fun but I'd press more. They're not a necessary out, their limits are ridiculous and they pull shit like this.

Use this as an experience to stand up for yourself and grow a set. Odds are nothing changes but they need to know guys aren't always going to lay down.

I COULD see though them refunding this as a "bad line", just like books do for bad lines on regular spreads/totals. Because if their real intention as to include Club, they would have set the total in the 20-25 range that was being bantered around all over the place.

So with that mindset, refund seems appropriate.

That is 100% Bullshit. The prop clearly stated Club games too. If they didn't intend to include Club games, then they should not have said Club in the prop. Did you point out to the that "Club" was in the prop?

Based on their reasoning, the word "Club" should not have been part of the prop, which changes everything because then the 10 no longer looks out of whack.

Do you see what I am saying? Bovada could invoke the "bad line" clause here and it would be hard to argue against it. It appears I was getting worked up earlier in the thread over a bad line to begin with. (i.e., bad line assuming Club games included)
