    Côte d'Ivoire got to be 1 of the most overrated nation

    In the past 2 WCs, their excuse of failing to qualify was because they were in tough groups. But this WC, they are given a relatively easy group and yet fail to make it again.

    And they also always flop at ANC.

    Got unlucky with that penalty..but yes they didn't look great either way
