Samaras is a puss flopper and that was not a PK
Disclaimer: I actually picked Greece and over .. so my opinion has nothing to do with my betting.
But that is not a PK. It is a calculated flop. I've replayed it 5 times and it looks worse and worse each time for Samaras.
I am sure the Greek players are penetrating each other in the ass. They love that sort of thing.

Might have been unintential or dumb or whatever. But that's a clear penalty there. He makes the extra step and the ball isn't anywhere near his foot. At the same time Samaras is already in the middle of his shot. Nothing to discuss here honestly.

Look at who they played: Japan - garbage. Ivory Coast - garbage. Colombia - great team and 0:3. It was an easy group, simple as that. Honestly I have respect for Greece - they don't have many (if any) weapons, so they do what they can do best: defend. I am pretty sure they'll go down against CR, BUT: even if they can pass CR - wait till they meet a real team. Netherlands will punish them badly. And I am pretty sure, that even Mexico would win.
And now they have an easy draw, at least as easy as it can get in the knockout rounds.

I don't make the rules dude. A penalty isnt awarded because a foul was extra hard. There are ten things you can't do or you get a direct freekick. If one of these ten things you are not allowed to do happens in the box, it is a penalty. Simple as that. The genius from Ivory Coast thought it was a good idea to make sure Samaras couldn't kick the ball? Good idea. But he shouldn't have placed his leg there in the middle of the shot. Because that is a clear fukkin penalty, and it doesn't matter whether guys like you like it or not. It's clearly stated in the rules. Thx and bye.
