    New to betting!

    Hello,

How are you? First of all am new to all this betting thing, but am so deep into football (soccer )

Anyway, I have a problem understanding the Asian Handicap, though I read it over the wiki page and some other explanation am still hesitant to bet till I can understand how it works.

    Let us use this example.

    Team A (-1.0 2.150)
    Team B (+1.0 1.675)

Let say I want to bet on Team A, I have an understanding for this but again am not sure, maybe someone can explain it in a simple way?

Thank you and excuse me for breaking the World Cup series of posts in the forums.

Team -1.0 has to win by 2 or more. 1 goal win= stake returned.
Team +1.0 has to win or tie. 1 goal loss= stake returned.

If you bet on team A,

    1) they only win by a goal, you push
    2) they win by 2 goals or more, you win
    3) any other results, you lose

Full time result means only 90 mins + any injury time that the ref decide to add on. No ET and PKs included.

Soccer is always 90 minutes + injury time only.
