    Italy -186

Is this line off? Or do people really value the Costa Rican fluke win?

    Wasn't really a fluke win.

I've spent my whole life watching Italy play, and they're happy to do the absolute bare minimum to qualify, often leaving it up to a 3rd deciding game (Check previous World/Euro Cups). Especially if they see them as being a weaker team, which I'm a little worried they might do against Costa Rica.

Also, Buffon and Barzagli are most likely out still.

    I would say

If their back 4 is Darmian - Chiellini - Bonucci - Abate then they have a good chance to win, but they may not score a lot of goals since Darmian was so good at providing passes from the right, while Abate sucks at crossing... but we need a proper full back to play as LB.

That should get Italy the win, but -1.5 might not hit

If he plays Chiellini as LB and puts Paletta as CB forget it. Chiellini won't stay in position and Paletta will get torn apart by Costa Rica's faster players.

    Italy not that strong

Watch all these World Cup games and the matchups are pretty close when they kickoff

Don't bet teams because of hype and tradition
