    World Cup halftimes

    I'll post pre-game thoughts on others threads but I decided to make this one as I always enjoy making 2H bets.

    As posted earlier, hit the over 1 (-125) in Greece/Colombia for 4 units

    I sorta like Costa Rica +0.5 here +150. Something about this game made me skittish to start when I thought about Uruguay -1 or -1.5

    I see 2H tie here or maybe Costa Rica comes up big to get a result. Tough call. I'll make a final call in about 5 minutes.

    +150? My book is showing the costa rica +1.5 (same bet) at -118. Don't see why your book would be so different

    If Costa Rica gets a tie or loses by 1, I win. If yours is 2H +1.5, it suggests you can win with the Ticos losing by 2 in the final score.

    No mime is a live 1.5 spread, but they are down by one and thus halftime makes it a .5 second half spread. It's the same bet just live vs 2nd half bet so shouldnt be difft. Regardless, i took uruguay to score next goal at -125.

    stackin - question - think i got bad advice earlier - if I bet Sui +120 second half, and this game finishes 1-1 (so sui wins second half 1-0) - is that bet a winner or does switzerland need to win game for it to win? I don't bet much soccer (obviously) so trying to get more educated

    You win. It is a 3 way bet on the last 45+injury time. If you took PK -155 as I had above, Switzerland could maintain 0-0 2nd half score, lose 1-0 final result, and you push. Notice that in that scenario, however, your +120 would lose.

    Other people have "LIVE" (in game) betting, in which you JUST look at final outcome. Those have different prices, of course according to the proposition at hand.

    I thought before game this would be a draw at +450 ... but pre-game these are hard... CONCACAF tougher than people think.

    Goals have come in bunches. What was the total for this one, 2? Check that, just saw 2.5 again. Bookmakers are overdoing it because the OVER streak is so hot!

    Fuk me man, I JUST saw this thread.. Good shit man! I tailed 2 of those 3 halftime plays for 100 each & when Urug scored took final to be 1-0 for -200.. Easy easy 3-0. Thanks man
