    Please be honest, is it a stupid bet or not ?

    recently i had a tough loss in tennis (lost 3 000 )

    i wanted to win this back step by step by playing "safe plays" only and low odds

    So, so far I cashed with 2 "safe bets" which were

    - Berdych to beat Isner @1.25 (bet 2500 to win 625)
    - my second play was yesterday when Nadal beat Murray @1.175 (bet 4000 to win 700)

    Now i was thinking, I saw Germany to advance from Group G @1.17 is it honestly worth playing 3K on this to win 500 ?

    This is a short-term strategy as i don't like playing low odds

    (i Know i'll have to wait until the end of june to cash it but i don't mind it)

    thanks for the serious replies

    Germany is the most consistent int team when it comes to Euro Championship or World Cup.
    They never failed to advance past the group stage in a WC.
    BUT
    They also have the third toughest group in this WC, after group D and B (imo). Manageable of course, but still tough.
    United States are a dark horse this year, very hard to predict their future and with Klinsmann at the elm...
    African teams like Ghana are always a danger: they can be blew out completely or play the game of their life.

    They have at least 75-80% to advance for sure, but don't know if it's worth a 1.17 shot to be honest.

    It`s not worth it when best german player Reus is injured and probably won`t be 100% fit in group stage games.Absolutely no value here, Portugal and Ghana are dangerous teams and can shock the world

    Reus probably won't play at all in WC.
    But Germany isn't a one player team like Portugal...

    Awesome bet. The best bet. Honestly. SportsAnalyst is a penetrating switched on individual who knows his stuff. Everything the guy wrote is true. And germany is not a one man team as he said just like last world cup where their captain and '' best '' player got injured in Michael Ballack. Their playmaker just like this time missed the world cup. Germany still made the semi finals and arguably should have made the final where they more than likely would hav won it. Their world cup doesnt depend on Reus.

    Sweinsteiger { injury concern I must admit but will be there }
    Kroos { who can play in the aboves role }
    Goetze
    Muller
    Podolski
    Klose
    Lahm { defender but can make surging runs }
    Schurrle
    Ozil
    Khedira

    All world class and attacking talent. As TSA also mentioned, theyve qualified out of the world cup every single time. Even last world cup where they lost to serbia in their 2nd match, they still won their next topping their group. They can win this world cup and imo will make the semi's at the very least.

    Their last 4 comps has seen them make the semis 3 times for 3 thrid place finishes and in the other comp made the final of euro 2008 where they also lost their second group game. Even after a set back they come back strong. Awesome bet, do it. Or, if you want the money even sooner take Argentina to beat Iran at the same odds theyll win by 3 plus goals the score should really be double that if not more. Thats their 2nd match up in the group. I'd honestly put 100k on that game.

    Do the Argentina bet actually. Its one game, less wait, they could start a man down and still crush Iran.

    good bets. Rubbish teams. Australia would be lucky to score a goal and in reality should lose every game by at least 3 goals. Vidal { if he plays } and Chile in their opening game should desecrate the Aussies.

    USA will have to travel further to play their matches than any other team. For the group stage, it has been estimated that the squad could record as many as 11,500 miles from their base camp in just 10 days – compare this to Belgium, who have just 435 miles to travel for their three games, and it is clear that the draw has been far luckier to some than others.

    I noticed that. Interesting. How will the teams be traveling, via plane exclusively?

    You should combine Argentina and Brazil to qualify.

    I think so unless their base is extremely near to the stadium.

    I am actually happy with Argentina to beat Iran
    so i just played this

    yeah that's a lot of money and very juicy but i like it. I can't see how Argentina would not win.

    I am playing it now because the odds will drop to 1.15 or less in the next days.

    If the states beat Ghana, then hold on for two draws, they might go through.

    Great bet! Good luck and thanks for taking my advice on board. You are right it will drop so nice work getting on early. Careful as these bets get addictive so take a step back after this.

    thanks, yep i am aware, careful with these kind of bets, i am in a period where i bet 1 time a week or less (don't have time) so we'll see.
    I hope they win at least by 2 to prevent some stress!

    what the fkk are you saying? one man team Portugal? did u even watch the last games by Portugal w/o Ronaldo?

    PT has one of the hardest defenses in all the WC (Pepe+Alves and two world class goalkeepers). Nani is rising (he needs it badly to make a good wc), Moutinho is an elite midfielder.....

    only freaking problem is the usual forwards....fkk them

    that one is in the bag.

    you can also risk a little more betting higher odds (and be safe) with Ivory Coast pk against Japan.
