Betfair only take a cut on market trading, not their own sportsbook. If the bets were placed on the market against other traders (which it would have had to been as the Croatian league would have had a limit), then yes they would have taken a percentage cut.

Not at all. The cash out can be done on a computer too. I use a number of books, but more than most I use Bet365 where I can avail of the Cash Out on main bets and stream a lot of sports through them.
