Bayer Leverkusen v PSG
PSG:
- The likes of Marco Verratti and Blaise Matuidi will return to the side having been rested on Friday night, replacing Cabaye and either Menez or Pastore who are likely to drop to the bench.
- Blanc was able to bring off the likes of Ibrahimovic, Lavezzi and Motta having wrapped up a comfortable win against Valenciennes just after half time.
- Edinson Cavani is likely to continue to miss out with a thigh injury, while Christophe Jallet still has a back problem.
Bayer Leverkusen:
- The versatile Emre Can is suspended having picked up 3 bookings in the group stages, while Lars Bender would miss the second leg were he to be cautioned on Tuesday.
- Gonzalo Castro could drop back into midfield in his place with Sidney Sam returning on the right of a front three having been left out of the match against his future club Schalke.
- Stefan Reinartz missed a third game running with a heel problem at the weekend and remains a doubt, while centre-back Emir Spahic picked up a knock and could also miss out.
i dont think bayers form has been that great just coming from a loss by shalke at home reccently. while psg has been on high standards all round. it is cliche of me to point this out but ibrahimovic will impress even though he is not 100%, having the best scoring stats in ligue 1 scoring 33 in his last 30 games. In the last 3 away games, PSG had scored 10 goals. they have also just lost 1 out of 7 away games in europe. Leverkusens form has been far from impressive at home, losing their last 4 form 6 in germany. I think Leverkusen will struggle to score.
0-1 or 0-2 to PSG
Man City v Barcelona
Barca:
- Neymar returned from injury in spectacular form in the 6-0 rout over Rayo Vallecano on Saturday, but could start on the bench.
- Jordi Alba and Xavi may come into the starting XI.
- Barcelona have no injury worries ahead of the trip to Manchester.
Man city:
- Victory over Chelsea on Saturday saw Manchester City secure their place in the next round of the FA Cup.
- Samir Nasri made a goalscoring return to action in the win and could be recalled into the starting XI, along with Martín Demichelis and Álvaro Negredo.
- James Milner is suspended, Sergio Agüero and Matija Nastasic are sidelined, but Fernandinho has returned to training and is in the squad.
