    as good as Ronaldo was Ribery should have won it. Overall Ribery had the better year with his team winning every single trophy possible for them. Ronaldo and Madrid won 0 cups in 2013.

    Ribery and Messi didn't deserve to win. And I say this as a supporter of Bayern München and Barcelona.
    The Ballon d'Or is a price for the best player of the year. Not for the player who won most with his team. Just btw: Arjen Robben was at least as impressive as Ribery last year. Robben had 0.88 scorer points per game, Ribery 0.81. Schweinsteiger on the list says all you need to know...
    Who gives a flying fukk about this anyway? Nadine Angerer won it for in the Women's section which is basically a plain and simple joke.
    Ribery was a great factor in Bayern's success last season. But he wasn't more important than Robben, Alaba or Lahm. And he sure as hell wasn't the best player that year. He simply wasn't. Can't hear all this crying from my fellow Bayern fans anymore.
    Based on overall skill and athleticism he doesn't even make Top 10. Sorry.
