For me Rooney is the most overrated player. He was a lot better when he played for Everton as a youngster, but then don't know what happened. I can name at least 10 bettter strikers in EPL now.

Balo is another story, he may score from time to time but then leave the team a man down in the beginning of the game. Or miss like 10 clear chances in 1 game. Maybe mediocre is not the right word, I just meant you cannot count on them. That's all.
