This is the early CL game tomorrow so all the degenerates who can't wait another 2 hours will probably take some action in this game. I can see it vividly, all the books are receiving copious amounts of wagers on the Man City ML, on the -1 and hell probably on the over 2.5 goals. We all expect a easy Man City win especially after being torched by Bayern. CSKA on the other hand, from what you can read on other forums or just look at their recent results is pretty much they suck right now, right? I don't follow the russian league much but I do make wagers sometimes and if I learned anything from the russia premier is that it is on the list of the most unpredictable leagues, every week most of the results defy logic, so whatever CSKA is going through right now is absolutelty pointless to contribute to this game against Man City, so lets not give a shit if they are terrible in the russia premier.
You see this is how this game is going to play out, ref will blow the whistle, we will be sitting on our couch, me most likely with a cup of coffee, since it will be 9am here in cali, some of you euros will probably be with a beer in hand, your blood will be flowing, thinking about what a great start to the day or night you're going to have. Man City will start off with good possesion, some crisps attacks, Aguero will take a high class strike at the goal and your heart will rise thinking to yourself this first man city goal should come any minute now, except it doesn't for awhile because you realize that CSKA came with a gameplan and that is to defend, not to mention let Man City appreciate their horrible field. Man City will keep controlling possesions, get some shots at goal, but then will come something unexpected, something you didn't think could happen, while Man City was so busy attacking, a steal is made from Negredo, a quick pass from CSKA defender puts CSKA on the counter and then what do you know, CSKA scores. Now you're riding that rollercoaster all over again, not magic mountain in disneyland, the rollercoaster that you board every time you make a sqaure wager. But not all hope is gone yet,we think, this is Man City we are talking about, they have some of the best players in the world, this is why afterall you made this square bet in the first place, right? Anyways Man City gets back at it, they keep pushing for an equalizer, they run some nice plays, Navas is lobbing beautiful passes from the right but CSKA goalie is just not having it today, and is on a mission to make ESPNs SportCenters Top 10 plays with his saves. So the whistle blows again, you go grab another beer, and you think to yourself all you need is 2 goals, you still have hope, Man City's dominance on the field is giving you that hope. 2nd half begins, Man City goes on attack again, but this time CSKA is playing with 12 goalies, and Joe Hart is having a picnic on the other half of the field. CSKA doesnt care though, all they need to do is play like a Berlin wall. But unfortunately around the 60 or 70, CSKA is unlucky, the eventual equalizer comes, this gets you excited, there is hope now, you are not pissed anymore, you just need one more goal, Man City goes looking for the winner, but they can't find it, CSKA is wearing them out, time begins to run out, man city begins to get desperate, poor passing commences, CSKA players begin to fake injuries to waste time, things start not to go your way anymore, all the bullshit you usually get from a sucky team just trying to save the result happens, 90th minute happens, the ref awards 4 minutes of stoppage time, you have an inch of hope left, Nasri from the top of the box strikes it to the top left and the goalie makes a heroic save, Navas kicks the corner, Nasri heads it, but it goes wide, the ref blows his whistle, you just lost, now your day is half ruined, and like a square loser you proceed to look for something to double up.
Be smart, don't ride the square rollercoaster, ride the money train. I'm liking CSKA +1 but will wait til tomorrow before game time for better value since all the squares will be pounding Man City. Good luck all
