Is Over 3 the same as over 3.5?

I'm a bit confuse, I am trying to go over on a soccer match on a new bookie site. Usually at Bet365 the use 2.5, 3.5 when counting goals score. I know 2.5 needs 3 goals to win. But in my other bookie it shows only Over 3? Is that the equivalent of over 3.5, meaning the team has to score a total of 4 goals to win?
There is another line that says over 2.5, or 3.??
    Sorry, Newbie here.

Lol, over 3 means over 3, if there are 3 goals scored you get a push, if 4 or more - you win.

Lol! Thanks. I'm just use to see over 2.5. Not Over 3.
