only possible explanation is that he got distracted in corner of his eye by Ronaldo or whoever it was who jumped across and so he opened his foot a bit more than he intended to

like perhaps his foot was eaten by a bear, but then replaced with a ham sandwich, which was placed in his shoe and duct taped on to his stub of a leg which was then used to take this shot on net?

I guess that would explain it, if so...

lol...$8'ish per beer, and i had two of them. Food is decent, certain concessions were free today (for first 4 home games) so I got a grilled chicken sammy. I was sitting along the goal line on the double attack side about 30 rows up. Tickets face value around like $110

yes lot's of problems in the dressing room. Ramos and Casillas told the board that they'd be leaving at end of season if Mourinho doesnt leave.

Benzema simply has no heart or desire...he just likes to score a few goals now and again, get his fat pay-check, and spend it on 14 year old hookers in the backstreets with Ribery and co!

ok and the $8 beer, is that like the middle size or big size? and any clue how many oz?

free concessions?!?! crazy, i guess as an apology. what pizza place caters the rink, or is it like "in-house" pizza?

wow sounds like a doooopppee seat! 110 sounds about same as here for that, maybe less than here actually

I think they're 16oz...12oz beers are usually around $7.50 or so (usually nicer beers tho - Stella / Magic Hat / etc.)

and yes its definitely an apology...free food (except the specialty foods (pulled pork / shaved ham/lamb / etc.) and fountain drinks + half off merchandise from the stores there is not something they would do just for fun!

Consol Energy Center is a badass arena http://www.consolenergycenter.com

and yes ticket price is around $110, but every game has sold out for the past 5 years...my seats would be between $165-$220 on stubhub it's absurd. I have partial season tickets.

I lost money betting on RM yesterday too. Once I saw Ronaldo score in his own goal from the Grenada corner kick I turned the game off. It didn't surprise me that RM didn't score when I looked at the final score card either. Fixed or not it doesn't matter to me, because I will never bet on them again this season.

this is exactly what uefa wants you to think and that's why I think Real Madrid will win the champions league this season +450 right now

Hell no, he's got a bank roll in the hundreds of millions, why the penetrate would he risk being banned and fined in the sport for not scoring a goal?

I can give you about a dozen better examples per day of low level leagues with desperate players missing goals in much more obvious ways. This video was just an example of a mistake under high pressure.
