Blackburn have appealed Tugays red card last weekend. Plus they have a UEFA match coming up thursday, so books may want to wait before they assess. Not sure, though.

It's the only match not on the board. Is Tugay's possible absence so significant as to not post a line? Many other teams with upcoming cup matches have weekend lines, so that can't be it.

AFAIK Tugay is a key player for Blackburn. Your guess as to whether that is the sole reason, it's in combination with the UEFA game or it's something completely different, is as good as mine.
