I've also seen matches end at 2-0. When playing unders I look at Russian and French Leagues, seem to be the lowest scoring to me. I use a local so I have a limited selection in soccer, only top tier leagues. That juice works both ways, I tend to play a lot of overs and it stings when you see 2 at the half and it ends that way.
