    Corner betting..

    Does anyone do this often? I'm normally an bet over/under total goals and correct score player. But I was just playing around with small stakes on corners to see the outcome. (Germany-Portugal and Brazil-Argentina games) This is what I did in the space of 1 hour.

    I just recently started playing them in some of the bigger matches (I'm US so limited choices, 5Dimes has them for the tournaments, etc.). EaglesPhan36 posts them quite often in his Ninja Plays threads. For instance, today I played this is the Netherlands/Denmark match:

    Total corners over 12½ +343
    hedged with
    Total corners 10-12 +225

    5Ds (usually) starts their corner props at o/u 9½. I felt confident it would hit, so went bigger on the 12½ and placed a cover bet on the 10-12. Smaller profit, but profit either way. Did the same thing in the Germany/Portugal match, hit 13 corners in the last minute of the game so nice profit. I think it's a good bet in any of the matches with attacking teams.
