International Friendlies
(Proceed with Caution as Usual)
Sweden -1 [-101] The Swedes are at home for this final tune-up before Euro 2012 as they face off against Serbia. The Serbs are using this as preps for World Cup qualifying. Serbia has had major issues putting goals on the scoresheet. In their last six matches, they have only scored twice - both coming against Armenia. Admittedly, they have played tough teams the last two times in France & Spain, but they generally seem to be lacking finishing skill. Sweden meanwhile comes in still trying to shore up a defense that gave up a couple goals to Iceland in their last friendly. The offense overcame that for a 3-2 win and they tallied three more goals against Croatia back in February. Any time you have Ibrahimovic, you have a chance to score goals. Expecting a solid performance here and potentially by what looks like the favorite Serb line to lose by, 2-0.
Turkey-Ukraine Over 2.5 [-104] Turkey comes in for its final friendly before time off waiting for World Cup qualis in the Fall, while Ukraine will look to continue its scoring frenzy ahead of Euro 2012. The Ukrainian side has tallied nine goals in three friendly matches in 2012, while conceding five. Turkey has scored multiple goals in all four of their friendlies this year with just one clean sheet. Unless it's Invasion of the Body Snatchers time, this one looks ripe for some goals.
Looks like Ive got lucky in the Sweden game...no goals in last 35 mins so under 3.5 hits..just need one more goal in Turkey game...be shocked if Turkey can keep a clean sheet
