In Saturday's Champion League final, an under performing Chelsea will face Germans Bayern Munich who's last game was a humiliating 5-2 defeat against Borussia Dortmund in the final of the DFB-Pokal. With this in mind, it could be a tricky one to call.

UPDATE - Drogba and Torres expected to start

Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo may partner Fernando Torres and Didier Drogba up front in the Champions League final on Saturday, after giving the duo a trial run against Blackburn Rovers at the weekend.

"I tried a few things to just have a look and see how it could work out. It's always difficult because obviously it's going to be a different opposition" said Di Matteo.

Both men have found form towards the end of the season and have netted in crucial games, Drogba scoring in the FA Cup semi-final and final while Torres hit a late clincher at Camp Nou to send the Blues to the Champions League final.

The Chelsea captain John Terry will be allowed to lift the Champions League trophy and collect his medal should his team beat Bayern Munich, Uefa has confirmed. A Uefa statement read: "If Chelsea win the 2012 Uefa Champions League Final, John Terry will be allowed to lift the trophy and collect the medal."

UPDATE - Blues dup confident of fitness
Cahill and Luiz both appeared to come through unscathed as they stepped up their comeback from hamstring injuries just four days before Saturday's showdown with Bayern Munich. It was a huge boost for Chelsea, who were in danger of going into the Allianz Arena clash without any recognised senior centre-backs.
