    Very sad day. Just a few years ago this team was in the knockout stages of the champions league.

    Unreal! But they played like crap all the season!

    WTF Lotina was doing as their coach????

    last year he went down with Deportivo la Coruņa, this Year with Villareal, and I think is the 5th time this guy gets relegated with a team!

    Lotina has a habit of relegating and promoting teams so I wouldn't be surprised if Villareal kept him as coach for next season. Going to take years for them to get over this.
