    Thursday's [12/29] Ninja Plays

    [Portugal] Moreirense-Naval Over 2/2.5 [-110]
    Moreirense is on fire lately at home with nine goals in their last three home matches. They have now scored multiple goals in four of their six home matches and conceded in three of the last four. Naval have been a steady scoring squad on the road, tallying at least one goal in five of six. They have just one clean sheet on the road. Looks good for both to score and hopefully one side finds that third goal.

    [Chile] Cobreloa +1 [+144]
    This will be dependent on lineups, but it appears Chile's scoring stud Eduardo Vargas may not play again today. He missed the first leg of the Clausura Final due to suspension. He is scheduled to move on to Napoli in Serie A in January and his inclusion in today's home leg for Universidad de Chile is not certain. If he is out, I'll be on this play as they did not look the same without Vargas. If he's in, probably shift to the over as Vargas will be playing his final match for this storied Chilean club and they will probably win with some style points. The 1st leg, Cobreloa was unfortunate not to carry a lead into today's match as a goal was disallowed that should have gone their way for a 1-0 win.

    EP, the Moneyline and draw for Cobreloa is through the roof at over +600.Seems like a great price for a team in the final, even on the road.Wonder if the price rise is due to Vargas playing? The draw is tasty as well.

    long time follower of yours eaglesphan....just wanted to stop in and post that Eduardo Vargas is in for tonights game...only question mark is influential argentine midfielder matias rodriguez may be out with injury...i myself will be on the over and will probably be playing U de Chile -1....only result Cobreloa have had vs. U de C since 2009 was last weeks 0-0 draw...previous 6 games between these 2 have U de Chile winning with scores of 3-1, 4-1, 3-1, 2-0, 3-0, 4-1...the home scores 3-1 3-1 and 4-1....hope this helps...will start my own thread after clubs return from new year break....good luck!!

    Don't see much hope for magic. I'd settle for getting goal #2 and taking a half stakes loss. Stupid red cards rarely do what you need them to do.

    I think the over was going to get hammered regardless of Vargas - it was already juiced a bit on the 2.5 this morning - because of Universidad's home record and most people expecting them to hammer home the title tonight with a big display.

    Looks like we are stuck on 2.

    Fukk it. Been wrong plenty, but I'm sticking with Cobreloa and taking them now at +1.5 [-104]

    Universidad may hammer them, but with the way the rules are set up - a draw I believe nets them the title without the promise of extra time or anything.
