    Europa League bet of the night

    Sion to beat Celtic @ around 2.9 on Betfair

    When i seen this price i thought my eyes were decieving me, Scottish football at the moment is well erm dreadful, the results in Europe have been atrocious and i don't see that changing tonight, the first leg was 0-0 and Celtic are notoriously poor travellers in Europe failing to win any of their last 7 away matches in this competition, adding to my confidence was the hilarious result at the weekend where they managed to lose at home to St Johnstone who were available at odds of 36 pre match.

    I can see this being a comfortable home win, something like 3-1, Sion have a good home record and currently sit 3rd in the Swiss league, in my mind they should be odds on to win this game so at the current price they have to be taken.

    Interesting.. I remember their qualification match at Utrecht last year where they lost 4 or 5-0 against a mediocre Dutch squad.

    Red card for Celtic & 1-0 Sion after 3 minutes and i've layed my stake off already on Betfair, all the profit left on Sion though.

    The best thing about being Scottish is taking advantage of our awful teams in Europe

    I almost took on Rangers aswell and they're out to but just went with the safe Celtic play.
