Common wisdom would be that Rubin Kazan will be out to play a defensive match with a 2-0 lead after the 1st leg. That could partially be the case, although with the lead they do have some wiggle room. Rubin is also battling some injury concerns, so all won't be lost for Dynamo Kiev as they travel today. They must attack in an effort to make up the difference. They did well to do so in the 1st leg, but did not find the finishing touch. Dynamo Kiev should also be making some changes today as they left out some veterans last time and should want their attacking prowess included. Rubin also comes in off a heavy 3-0 loss @ home in the Russian Premier League.

A good situation here to see goals as Partizan Belgrade trails 2-1 heading home for the 2nd leg of their tie. Expecting the Serbs to attack from the opening whistle and Genk also knows that a goal for their side could spring them to a surprise win. Partizan really dominated play in the 1st leg by all counts, but conceded two goals in the final 20 minutes with defensive lapses.
