    England 4th?!? Portugal 7th?!? Croatia 8th?!? Norway 10th?!? Who are Norway?!? They haven't been to a major tournament since beating Brazil in 98!! Montenegro 16th?!? That country weren't even around when Norway last made a major tournament... let alone competed in one!! I would love to figure out how this system works...
