    Copa America Contest

    Who wants to be part of a contest league? I'm thinking of starting one, need minimum 10 people. Entry is 20 points, so only Pros, unfortunately.

    Let me know, and once we have 10 people signed up, we can decide on the prizes.

    wow. high calibre-cappers in here. everyone who responded is a "pro" in their own right and skill, without a doubt. fuk sbr's pockets, make it for whomever wants to join but someone can be vetoed out if they are really gonna stink the place up and you other crazy money makin' son of a bitches participating agree they shouldn't be in. that will keep it elite and fun to watch.

    We can do a league or knock-out. I prefer league but open to ideas.

    You will be able to join contest, but if you fail to pay your share of 10 points, your position will be void.

    Yeah, I've set it up. Max of 52 picks, sides/ml/total. Minimum of 26. Total number of games is 26, hence. If anyone wants me to change that, let me know.

    Doing the winner by # of units.

    Only problem right now is that lines aren't available to choose from. The software is messing up. I will use 5Dimes and I have already PM'd Dax to sort out the problem with the contest. As soon as it's fixed, I will start a new topic with the names of participants.

    Also, I've kept minimum entry at 0 points, so that non-pros can enter as well. Just send me the points and then we can together decide what the top 3 prizes will be.

    Try and send all points at once. I think non-pros are now allowed to send more than 2 points or 2 points/day more than once.

    Just hoping Dax replies soon or I will take lines from Pinnacle and manage the contest myself.

    We can try that too. I'll change it today, and if non-pros have no problem joining, then it's good. Otherwise, we'll do as planned.

    Dax just PM'd back saying he's forwarded my PM to Lou to sort out. Let's hope for a quick resolution.

    I got a response from SBR staff that the contest page doesn't support soccer lines. So, I will post lines from Pinny tomorrow morning, and based on those, we all will bet. Line movement will not count, nor the odds. I will just pick up spreads and totals, and we will see who has the net bets correct.
