    9002 Germany 1st, Poland 2nd +119

    9051 Italy 1st, Czech Republic 2nd +172

    9061 Brazil 1st, Croatia 2nd -140

    9073 France 1st, Switzerland 2nd +100

    9085 Spain 1st, Ukraine 2nd -111

    Will be very suprise indeed if those 5 groups don't finish in exactly that order.

    If someone thinks of placing thess type of bets, whatever you do don't touch Group C and therefore Group D also, Group B is complicated too, noone will want to finish 2nd and face the hosts.
