    Keisuke Honda...

Can someone please explain to me why/how Honda has not been transferred to a TOP CLUB????

He is obviously capable of playing for any team in the world, but why has he not been traded yet?????

I've been wondering that myself, he must be one of the most sough-after players by all top clubs. I have no idea really, I read that he will finish his contract with CSKA and after that I would not be surprised if he went to Premier League.

Manchester City is rumoured to be interested in Honda and Yuki Abe. It would be very very nice to see what he can do in the EPL as TSO said.

Keisuke is a smart guy, advancing in his career one step at a time. That's the reason he started his European career with a small club like VVV Venlo. He's only been with Spartak for 1,5 years, I expect him to stay at least one more season before he moves on.

Besides that, the top teams in Russia are just as wealthy (if not wealthier) as most European clubs, it'll be hard to get them to sell him and it might prove to be just as hard to match his salary there.

He's well suited for Serie A I think. EPL is extremely fast paced which means you have to be more hard working than technically gifted to be there. He could rip apart the Serie A if he joined a club like Juventus who is rebuilding.

Asian and Italian cultures just don't mix

    EPL is best for him.

Yes, he is a good player but it doesn't matter what he wants. His contract ends on 31.12.2013.

His size might be an issue? Not saying he is a pushover or anything, but maybe clubs are worried he won't be able to hack it in the EPL which is very physical league.
