    sorry i have to laugh, how can you seriously bet on the league with the lowest scoringin the last decade,dude never go on an over on a french game just a good advice,no offense,even in the italian league you will see more goals

    it is low but definitely not the lowest ever. I think 4 in 9/10 go over, plus 11 of 15 PSG matches at home this season have had at least three goals.
