Here's a novel idea...
If you are going to have a feature called "live chat", how about making it actually function?!
For some reason, my "at risk" balance on the sportsbook shows -50.00 and I can't place bets.
I tried the useless "live chat" feature to no avail. I've sent an email...no response. And the problem is still there.
