I am posting from Chrome/Win 7 no issues, should I see top ads overlapping the links bar at the top? is that it?

I see what you're saying....it's when you keep your mouse over it.

if you put your mouse on the main links at the top and the hover over popup with the sub-menus pops up, its overlapped with banners so you can't click on any of the links. google chrome, win 7, and xp.

mmike same thing happened to me once before. The banner was covering the answer button for the trivia question for me. Just ended up getting timed out and lost. Was a pain in the ass but oh well.Believe it was a sbr poker banner that was covering it

Thanks guys for the feedback. It looks like it's not effecting all Google Chrome, it's being investigated. Works fine here.

Nice one Lou all good here now for first time in Chrome under Linux ...

But - identical problem with Trivia remains, today I couldn't see the question ... probably similar webkit/z-index type rendering priority issue ...

We will look into this and get back to you, it probably is indeed the same issue. Thanks.

No worries ... I dabble in some web work for a friend's business here from time to time and have had to deal with similar issues on a handful of sites

For what it is worth as a temporary solution, one can just 'grab' the title bar/top of the trivia window and drag it down a bit and then scroll the page down a bit, the trivia box will remain in its newly pushed down position and not jump back to the top behind the banner ...

That worked perfectly for me today, albeit answering the 3rd question wrong even though I knew the answer

Just block the ads. Site is turning into a Nascar circuit. Flash ads eat up bandwith.

If you use Opera, you can just right click on the page and block stuff you don't want.
