    This is a bad look. They had to be prepared for a lot of orders

    Has anyone from management come on here and given an explanation on why the store reopening/initial e-card orders went so poorly?

    First it's 10000 points limit, then 4000. I ordered just $25 for 1000 points and it got CANCELED. NOT queued for the next batch but totally canceled. Lol

    They'll send it by email. I got mine today after ordering it September 9 so just be patient and yours will arrive.
