I had something similar happen although my tumor was ultimately benign. It's scary shit. I ended up having a double mastectomy which is a great look lol. I wish you the best sir. Keep us updated.

Good to see you. Wish it was under better circumstances. My Grandmother got a Stage 4 diagnosis in the early 2000's when she was in her 60's, went into remission, it came back and spread to lungs, she fought that for years and ultimately lived what most would consider more than a full life into her mid-80's before the fight became too hard. Modern medicine really is something special. With a family and kids I get the disappointment and fear of leaving them behind but positivity is critical to the fight. Treat yourself right, listen to the Dr. and fight the urge to get down and stress. Take in the sun and fresh air, vacations, whatever you enjoy. Remember none of us get out alive so cherish the time you have. Life is about quality, not quantity, which is nice because you can only control the quality. Wishing you plenty of both ahead.

I have a friend that got fat and started to get man titties, he started to feel the tingle in his
