    Explain Texans Coach Logic

    3rd and 12. Gain 11 yards but Cleveland was offside. So either take 3rd and 7 or 4th and 1. He takes 4th and 1 near 50 and punts??????

    This guy declined the penalty and punted instead of having 3rd and 7. At least go for it on 4th and 1 if declining.

    guess I dont know the rules but if u gain 11 yards seem the 5 yds for offsides should be tacked on which makes it a 1st down or at least thats how I would make the rules

    Not for an offside penalty. Take 5 from the previous spot and redo down. Nobody in their right mind forgoes a 3rd and 7 for a 4th and 1 to punt

    Bill O’Brien would have taken the 4th and 1 also. Except he would have called a time out and traded the best player and punter and gone for it on a fullback dive and got driven back 2 yards.

    Most coaches horrible I mean any coach who does not go for two when down by 8 a complete clown but that was everyone until recently.

    Texas has hired the wrong head coach for years. The current moron coach fits right in with the rest of the former embulsals.

    Of course the worst of the bunch was Charlie Strong.
