    Is getting soul-crushed a real thing?

    Took me 4 days to get back to normal. Not a conspiracy theory but a relatable concept that occurs after gambling losses. Thoughts?

    Absolutely. At least i feel like a shitty person after huge losses. I replay how I I could have used that money for my family. In many ways it is selfish. But that's my problem for raising my bets to that point. I try to take breaks from coming here. Take breaks from sports and spend long stretches of my income on things that i benefit my family.

    But i come back to well all the time.

    Honestly what works for me is not watching the games I bet on. I still lose some but I don't have to be tortured with every possession. Also play money is about 20% of what real money gaming is so that helps too. Gl today guys tread lightly!

    I have not watched a game I bet on in years start to finish, unless I watch it in person at the arena/stadium, etc... no need to put yourself through that. Bet the numbers and move on.

    Agree with not watching the games. Winning or losing, good streak or bad, it's much easier just getting a score every half hour or so.
