BetOnline graded a push a loss

Already brought up the matter and provided proof that they graded incorrectly and they still stuck with the incorrect grading. Who can give me a hand around here. I think this is it for me offshore after this is rectified.

Be more specific in terms of the type of wager. I've had this issue with them before. Send it again with proof of your push and they will make it right. These sites don't have the most experienced people reviewing these disputes.

I sent them proof and just spoke to them. They have a different interpretation on what is over and under for a bet. I bet a fight that landed right on the over/under 2.5 that was stopped at 1:30 into of round 3. It should have been graded a push as it was neither over or under but they graded it a loss. I sent the official scoring but it didn't matter because in their mind 1:30 exactly is over when in fact it should be 1:31. This rarely happens in boxing but when it does, it's always graded a push at the 1:30 mark.

Yeah, that should be a push unless they have a rule which explicitly defines the 1:30 mark as being over. I just checked, and they don't seem to have such a rule. In fact, one rule which they do have supports the idea that the 1:30 mark is exactly halfway (as one would expect).

Each round is three minutes in duration; a half-round is defined as ninety seconds. When wagering on total rounds, please note that a line of 9 1/2 ROUNDS, MEANS 1:30 INTO THE 10TH ROUND! Nine complete rounds, plus 1:30 of the 10th.

Best of luck getting this corrected.

Thanks everyone. They finally fixed it. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone here with them justifying why they believe it was a loss.

They don't always get it right the first time but they usually wind up with the correct conclusion

    congrats

sometimes books do weird things on boxing/mma... there was a fight a couple months back where bookmaker refused to change it from a loss to a win, even though the official scoring was past the 1:30 mark... they kept claiming he was knocked out right before that, well that's not how boxing timing works, it's when the referee stops it

i ate the loss because i was tired of banging my head against a wall

I had a similar situation different sport and reached out to Dave Mason BOL on Twitter. Took a few days but bet got fixed and they clarified their rules around that particular scoring situation. May help to have an active Twitter account though.
