    They made an exception for Muslims for the curfew though, because it's the first night of Ramadan.

    Obviously if you're Muslim in MN you can do whatever you want.

    That's actually the next place I want to go on vacation once covid dies down.

    I have been told Tamarindo is nice for the beach and being laid back. ( my ex actually told me that when I was dating her some guy probably brought her out there and bottomed her out).

    What's the real estate market like there pretty similar to MN, or would you say you get like 30% more for your money?

    Tamarindo beautiful but pricey and Americnized.

    15 minutes further from Playa Flamingo is a quiet Tico town w some shady joints and a great beach you'll have to yourself, called Brasillito

    LMK when u plan your trip, if you want to do this right uts hiking during the day (10km+), steaks and fresh seafood at night, Imperial Light, gambling & pussy till bar close.

    Wake up, repeat!

    Yes u can buy, look only for titled property and get a gringo lawyer to do the work.

    There's a FANTASTIC new incentive for dual citizenship thou. Invest $150k (down from $250) into a business or property, you get the dual citizenship, tariff exemptions on a whole list of imports (big taxes on importing cars + furniture here) and 10 years no property or income tax on you or business.
