    Bovada scam.

On April 7th. Bovada transfer my winning from my money account to my bonus fund saying there was a fail deposit happened in February. If there was a fail credit card transaction, it would've never went thru the first time. I live chat with their customer service, the first one said he would return the bonus to my money account in 2 days which he never did. And I chat with them again today, the customer service representative just end the chat without my permission. I've been with them for so long, I am their all-star member. I can not believe how they scam their members and don't really give a damn.

"If there was a fail credit card transaction, it would've never went thru the first time." that is not true

The only important information is if your credit card account shows the transaction as having been paid and not reversed later.

If you can show them this, then Bovada should and normally would honor the deposit.

Have Bovada asked you to show statements to check this?

Yes, I showed them my credit card statement. Every transaction was posted. And when I asked them to show me the proof. They were not able to. My winning was just $1000 something. I couldn't believe how they would do this, so I need to do the rollover to have my winning withdraw.

Chill. The problem is that a shady Chinese card processor telling Bovada that you disputed the charge. Unfortunately, that's why you have to provide proof - because Bovada is blind in this case. This situation arises every once in a great while and it's always resolved. It might just take a little time. Understand that no one at the sportsbook is trying to screw you. Hopefully that brings you a little bit of peace.

Never use a credit card to deposit. This isn't 1999. Too many things can go wrong.

Yes, I will never use credit card to deposit again. But I don't like the fact their live chat representatives all lied to me and how unhelpful they are.
