You know that a bankruptcy trustee is in charge of paying creditors, right?
If the Taj Mahal went into bankruptcy then Trump was finished with it. If the Taj Mahal had no profits or income to pay creditors, and there wasn't enough left after asset liquidation then why would this contractor be paid in full?
That's the way it works in the real world.
Sometimes I think snowflakes believe every businessman just owns stuff in his personal name and writes checks for everything out of their own pocket, disregarding the company in corporate status, tax laws, etc.
